Part 1. Body Rotation:
The 14 Rotation Exercises:
1. Clinching the fist while bending the knees
2. Square shoulder rotations while bending the knees
3. Triangle arm rotations while bending the knees
4. Triangle arm rotations with one leg up, switching sides
5. Triangle arm rotations with one leg up, bending the supporting leg, ten times on
each side
6. Triangle arm rotations with one leg up, hopping, ten times on each side
7. Horizontal body rotations, changing sides
8. Vertical body rotations with front kick, switching sides
9. Triangle arm rotations with one leg up and front kick, ten times on each side
10. Triangle arm rotations with one leg up and hopping front kick, ten times
11. Horizontal body rotation on one leg with round kick, changing sides
12. Vertical body rotation on one leg with bell kick, changing sides
13. Triangle arm rotations knee across with one leg up, changing sides
14. Hold down, triangle arm rotations, one leg hold, changing sides
