Muay Kaad Chuak Structure
The section of Muay Kaad Chuak in the Muay Sangha system consists of 9 different parts.
Here is the main description of part 3.
Part 3. Attacks and Defenses Rotation:
The main objective in part number three is to learn the six basic attacks and six basic defenses against punches, elbows, kicks and knees.
Also this section will teach the student how to generate horizontal or vertical rotating power while attacking or defending. Footwork is not allowed.
BASIC ATTACKS
The Six Basic Punches
1. Front Jab

The Six Basic Elbows
1. Front Down Elbow

The Six Basic Knees

Speed Rotation
The 3 Front Kicks: - Low, middle, high (with the same leg).
The 3 Round Kicks: - Low, middle, high (with the same leg).
The 3 Straight Knees: - Middle, high, middle (with the same leg).
The 3 Attack Drill: - Tip, knee, kick (with the same leg).
