PUNCH AND ELBOW:
Forwards.
Six basic punches sliding forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic punches sliding forwards (right leg in front).
Six basic punches walking forwards (changing sides).
Punch number two jumping forwards(changing sides).
Six basic elbows sliding forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic elbows sliding forwards (right leg in front).
Six basic elbows walking forwards(changing sides).
Elbow number two jumping forwards (changing sides).
Backwards.
Six basic punches sliding backwards(left in front).
Six basic punches sliding backwards(right in front).
Six basic elbows sliding backwards(left in front).
Six basic elbows sliding backwards(right in front).
Sideways.
Six basic punches sliding sideways (left in front).
Six basic punches sliding sideways (right in front).
