PUNCH AND ELBOW:

Forwards.
Six basic punches ghost sliding forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic punches ghost sliding forwards (right leg in front).
Six basic punches ghost walking forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic punches ghost walking forwards (right leg in front).
Six basic elbows ghost sliding forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic elbows ghost sliding forwards (right leg in front).
Six basic elbows ghost walking forwards (left leg in front).
Six basic elbows ghost walking forwards (right leg in front).

Backwards.
Six basic punches ghost sliding backwards (left in front).
Six basic punches ghost sliding backwards (right in front).
Six basic punches ghost walking backwards(changing sides).
Six basic elbows ghost sliding backwards (left in front).
Six basic elbows ghost sliding backwards (right in front).
Six basic elbows ghost walking backwards (changing sides).

Sideways.
Six basic punches ghost walking sideways (left in front).

Front block, slide and round kick with opposite leg (changing sides).
Front block, slide and tip with opposite leg (changing sides).
Front block, slide and knee with opposite leg (changing sides).
Rear block, walk and round kick with the opposite leg (left in front).
Rear block, walk and round kick with the opposite leg (right in front).
Rear block, walk and tip with the opposite leg (left in front).
Rear block, walk and tip with the opposite leg (right in front).
Rear block, walk and knee with the opposite leg (left in front).

Backwards.
Slide back, round kick with the opposite leg, back middle walk (left in front).
